Reconstruction Capital II Limited ("RC2", the “Fund“) is a closed-ended company created to invest in private and listed equity securities and fixed-income securities, including convertible and other mezzanine instruments, primarily in Romania and Bulgaria.
RC2 was admitted to AIM, a market owned and operated by the London Stock Exchange Plc on December 2005, and was delisted from it on 18 December 2023. The company's Ordinary Shares were admitted onto the JP Jenkins Ltd share matching platfom on 20 December 2023 under the ticker: REC.
JP Jenkins has been providing a facility to trade securities of establised unlisted or unquoted companies for over 30 years, enabling shareholders and prospective investors to buy/sell shares on a matched bargain basis.
